U okviru Regionalnog mentorskog programa koji se provodi kroz projekt Zvukovni pejzaži Zapadnog Balkana, u periodu 04. – 10. juni održani su prvi online jedan-na-jedan sastanci s mentorom Atillom Aksojem.
Ovaj dio programa predstavlja nastavak aktivnosti započetih na radionici u Mostaru, a cilj mu je pružiti podršku mladim učesnicima u osmišljavanju i realizaciji lokalnih community događaja i umjetničkih inicijativa.
Mentor Atilla Aksoj – muzičar, edukator i dugogodišnji saradnik u radu s mladima – kroz individualne razgovore pomogao je učesnicima da oblikuju svoje ideje, dobiju korisne smjernice i pripreme naredne korake za realizaciju projekata u svojim zajednicama.
Mentorski program obuhvata praktični segment posvećen kreiranju mini projekata, kao i teorijski dio koji se bavi osobnim i profesionalnim razvojem mladih umjetnika u regionalnom muzičkom kontekstu.
Drugi krug sastanaka planiran je za početak jula, čime se otvara sljedeća faza procesa usmjerena na produbljivanje saradnje, razmjenu znanja i daljnji umjetnički razvoj.
First round of mentoring meetings successfully completed!
As part of the Regional Mentoring Programme within the Soundscapes of the Western Balkans project, the first round of one-on-one online sessions with mentor Atilla Aksoj was held in the period of 4th – 10th June.
This component continues the work initiated during the workshop in Mostar, with the aim of supporting young participants in developing community events and artistic initiatives in their local areas. Mentor Atilla Aksoj – a musician, educator, and long-time youth collaborator – guided participants in shaping their ideas, offering constructive feedback, and helping define the next steps for their local projects.
The programme includes a practical segment focused on mini-project implementation and a theoretical component dedicated to the personal and professional development of young artists in the regional music scene.
The second round of meetings is scheduled for the beginning of July, marking the next phase of the process focused on deepening collaboration, knowledge exchange, and further artistic development.
“Soundscapes of the Western Balkans” is supported by the Regional office of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation in Tirana in the framework of “Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans”, a project funded by the European Union that aims to foster dialogue in the Western Balkans by enhancing the cultural and creative sectors for increased socio-economic impact.
